BeamNG.drive
What's new?
BeamNG.drive is available on the Windows PC platform. A Bremen developer BeamNG released the game back in 2015. Since that time, the company has been adding more cars and a wide range of updates to the game. On June 30, 2021, they introduced the Vulkan API. As for the new platforms, the developers say they don’t plan to release PlayStation, Xbox, or Linux versions. They decided to focus their total attention on Windows. They don’t work on either Android or iOS versions as well. Instead, they improve the mechanics of the game. On June 3, 2021, they changed tire physics, making it more realistic.
Their last updates were on Gridmap and Pigeon Revamp, completely new Ibishu Wigeon, Traffic Signals, and graphics improvements. The company is planning to add advanced physical rendering, dimmed light, and mirror light. The new patch is going to appear soon in the game. With the new updates, the company hopes to make BeamNG.drive even more realistic. Its physical engine will recreate every detail of the vehicle in real-time. Players expect to see more maps appear soon. Yet, there were no announcements about the maps from the company. They are totally focused on the brand new Vulkan API that helps to bring GPU and CPU in balance. With this API, users will be able to enjoy more vehicles on numerous levels. There will be no glitches on complicated routes too. The graphics will stay the same, yet the game will run smoothly. The company has already tested Ryzen 5 4600H and NVIDIA GTX 1650.
