    Subway Surfers is an endless runner mobile game that is available on iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. It was developed by Kiloo and SYBO Games. The game begins with the protagonist, Jake, graffiti a train and being caught by a guard and his dog. The object of the game is to run as far as possible, avoiding obstacles and oncoming trains. Players must swipe left, right, up or down to avoid obstacles while earning coins, special items, and power-ups along the way.
    There are plenty of characters in Subway Surfers, but the main character is Jake. He's the default character that players start with. Other characters can be unlocked by collecting specific items during runs, through in-game purchases, or through winning them in various game events. Besides Jake, other characters include Tricky, Fresh, Spike, and Yutani. While they are mainly different in appearance, some characters have special power-ups that can give players certain advantages.
    Power-ups in Subway Surfers include Jetpacks, Super Sneakers, Coin Magnets, and 2X Multiplier. Jetpacks allow players to fly above the train tracks, making it easier to collect coins and avoid obstacles. Super Sneakers allows players to jump higher.     Scoring in Subway Surfers works through distance surfing, collecting coins and power-ups, and completing missions. The further you surf, the higher your score. Each collected coin also adds to the score. Using power-ups and completing missions provide score multipliers, effectively boosting the score achieved in each run.
    The Daily Challenge in Subway Surfers is a set of tasks that change every day. The player needs to collect a series of letters to form a specific word while running. Completing the word within 24 hours gives the player a reward, typically coins or mystery boxes. This adds an extra layer of engagement to the gameplay, giving players an additional objective to strive for.
