Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance – About 80% of Original Soundtrack is Redone, 20 New Battle Themes Added

If you've been waiting to dive into Shin Megami Tensei 5, the wait just got more rewarding. The upcoming release, Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance, will not only extend the game's availability beyond the Nintendo Switch but will also include substantial extra content. This expansion introduces a new character and more than 75 hours of additional gameplay, enriching the experience even further.

A pivotal element in any Atlus game is its music, and Vengeance does not disappoint. Composer Ryota Kozuka has significantly revamped the soundtrack. In a recent discussion, it was revealed that the team has reworked approximately 80% of the original tracks, tailoring them to better suit the new additions and direction of Vengeance. Additionally, the team has crafted around 20 new battle themes to enhance combat encounters.

Atlus has also lined up Atlus Fes, a live event set to occur in Tokyo on June 8 and 9. This gathering will feature hands-on demos of not only Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance but also Metaphor: ReFantazio, another highly anticipated title set to release later in the year.

Gamers can look forward to experiencing Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance across multiple platforms including PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC from June 14 onward.
